Working with this new Sharif Munir Custom home build project before breaking ground allowed us to unify the position of this contemporary home and surrounding courtyards within a limited space.

  Our design included modern stone walls framing the motor court. In the back yard the modern stone seating walls elevate and create an interior lawn meadow. An expansive outdoor terrace includes a spacious patio that features a professional grade outdoor kitchen and automated drop-down screens for mosquito protection. Large planters were positioned to anchor focal points near open banks of windows. These stone planters included seasonal color plantings, succulents and perennials. We selected artificial turf for all open spaces to create a pleasing functional contrast of materials. .
