This new contemporary home build included large banks of windows and an open concept that allowed for grand views from both the front entry to the back of the property.

  Our design objective for this project was to maintain open view lines yet create intimate garden experiences. The large back veranda and elongated negative edge pool views across an open geometric lawn template to a colonnade of trees that create textural depth and silhouette the modern horizontal fence. An area of intimacy was created off the master bedroom with an aggregate walking garden amongst a grid of single clear trunk hollies. In the front, low profile modern smooth finish concrete walls encompass semi private courtyards. Soft textured understory plantings compliment the geometric aggregate paths to create minimalistic but functional gardens.
