  This new home build by Sharif and Munir Custom Homes was set on a hilltop with panoramic views across the 26 acre property. The front circular patterned concrete auto court includes a jubilant fountain centered on an axis with the front cast stone balustrade veranda. Formal hedges and Italian Cypress are arranged to accentuate the architectural detail of the home. The back upper terrace garden uses low profile scrolled hedges, rose and perennial plantings, and oversized metal urns to accentuate key points in the garden and enhance views out to the ponds fountain. Classical circular staircases bring you down to the lower manicured lawn.
