  This luxurious new Mediterranean residence was built into the hillside overlooking a private park. We designed a dramatic negative edge pool on the upper plateau and positioned a ‘rain curtain’ waterfall at the edge to frame the incredible views of a private estate pond designed with stone bridges and islands. One island features a golf green with nearby chipping pads providing challenging shots for the most experienced golfers. The adult upper pool descends into a children’s recreational pool below. Carefully selected earth tone milled stonewalls and travertine pavers contrast with the azure blue tiles of the pool. The tropical planting theme softens, as you leave the formal upper pool area and descend to the private family park below.
