Brilliant cobalt blue hand-selected tile establishes the tropical character of the composition and reflects light across the water throughout the day. A compact tower capped with a traditional tile roof becomes the signature architectural focal point, housing offset bronze scuppers that send jubilant sheets of water cascading into the pool. Across the courtyard, a custom outdoor kitchen and built-in grill station is positioned beside a matching espalier water feature utilizing the same scupper language.
