Original Landscape Concepts provided complete landscape design-build services for this North Dallas Tuscan estate, guiding the property from master planning and landscape design through careful installation and long-term landscape establishment. Although this is one of OLC's earlier estate commissions, it continues to demonstrate our philosophy that timeless design, exceptional construction, and quality horticulture never go out of style.

The arrival experience begins with a sweeping auto court framed by a formal colonnade of Italian Cypress. Premium travertine paving was carefully installed to establish an elegant approach that complements the home's Tuscan architecture while creating a memorable first impression.

Beyond the residence, the landscape unfolds into a private estate park centered around a vanishing-edge swimming pool overlooking a picturesque pond. Stone pedestrian bridges connect meandering walking paths, golf greens, surrounding tee stations, and gathering areas, encouraging exploration while maintaining a relaxed resort atmosphere.

A large aeration fountain serves as both functional infrastructure and a dramatic focal point, maintaining water quality while introducing movement, sound, and visual energy throughout the park setting.

Every element, from grading and hardscape installation to planting composition and circulation, was coordinated by Original Landscape Concepts to create a smooth outdoor environment. Mature plantings, formal structure, and carefully crafted outdoor rooms work together to make the estate feel established and enduring rather than newly constructed.
