Modern Keller Estate

This extraordinary Modern Keller Texas Estate represents a successful collaboration between one of the Keller-Westlake area's premier custom pool builders and Original Landscape Concepts (OLC). The vision and primary watershape planning were established by the pool builder, with OLC serving as the landscape architecture and site-design partner to extend that vision into a cohesive estate environment. It was a true team effort, with each discipline contributing its strengths to create a smooth luxury outdoor experience.

As these photographs show, the project was nearing completion when they were taken. Additional photography of the intimate front courtyards, arrival sequence, and estate entry will be added as the landscape matures.

The estate was planned to comfortably entertain multiple families and guests simultaneously. The custom recreation pool, dramatic water features, sunken pool bar, spa environments, covered dining terraces, media gathering areas, and elevated viewing terrace create a resort-quality setting for every generation.

Separate from the natural lawn areas, a dedicated synthetic turf recreation field provides a durable play surface for active family use. Beyond this play space, broad areas of Palisades Zoysia establish the property's softer, natural estate character and connect the architecture with the surrounding landscape.

Original Landscape Concepts' role was to reinforce and elevate the overall vision by integrating landscape architecture, horticulture, grading, circulation, lawn systems, screening, and outdoor living into one unified composition that complements the exceptional watershape created by the project team.
