Collaborative Design-Build Landscape Installation

This Transitional Modern Pool Retreat in Preston Hollow represents a collaborative effort in which the pool builder led the overall vision and construction of the watershape, while Original Landscape Concepts partnered in the landscape design-build installation to complete the outdoor environment.

Our focus was to develop an evergreen backdrop that allows the property to feel significantly larger than its actual footprint while creating exceptional year-round privacy. Carefully positioned Claudia Wannamaker Magnolias, Nellie R. Stevens Hollies, and complementary evergreen screening establish a lush urban buffer that softens neighboring homes and frames the architecture.

Premium hardscape installation, refined planting design, and thoughtful material selection tie the entire property together. Architectural evergreens, ornamental accents, and layered foundation plantings create depth and permanence while allowing the modern pool, outdoor living spaces, and lighting to remain the visual centerpiece.
